The Art Foundry

The Art Foundry and Gallery of Sacramento, California is an elegant gallery showing fine art paintings, mixed media, and original ceramic and bronze sculpture. They have an affinity for the contemporary and, at the same time, celebrate art’s classical roots.

A very busy bronze foundry, they cast sculptures from artists throughout the world. From figurative to contemporary art, miniature to monumental, the Art Foundry pours molten metal destined to become classic figurative sculpture and cutting-edge new work that pushes artistic boundaries.

One of their most celebrated sculptors, Shray, recommended Anexio New Media. We proceded to build a web site that provides worldwide visibility for the foundry and its gallery, its artists and sculptors.

We created a contemporary, minimalist look and feel for the foundry and designed the site for easy updatability using our content management system. Scalability was another important feature as the foundry continues to add new artists and sculptures.

Anexio New Media was particularly delighted to be able to work with Alan Osborne, owner of the Art Foundry and himself a widely recognized artist, sculptor and teacher.

In addition, content management tools, training and guidelines were delivered, which have enabled the Art Foundry and Gallery to easily maintain and administer their website themselves.
