Typical disputes, which are often the subject of NASD and NYSE securities arbitration proceedings, involve claims of fraud, negligence and unsuitable investment recommendations arising from the recommendation of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, options, and other securities.

The firm is also engaged in business and estate-related litigation and arbitration.

The Clayton Law Firm contacted Anexio New Media to create a website with these goals:

• Primarily informational for potential clients and for other attorneys
• Project the company as the leading law firm on the central west coast of Florida for securities arbitration and litigation proceedings.
• To develop and promote their Mediation Services

In addition to legal images, they requested that we incorporate tropical images from the Florida West Coast area. Selected photography was provided. Subtle Flash was used throughout the web site.

To keep the content up-to-date, content management tools, training and guidelines were delivered which have enabled the Clayton Law Firm to easily maintain, administer and growt their web site themselves.
