Essex House

Essex House is a 76-unit condominium located on the bayfront of Sarasota, Florida. Residents of Essex House asked The Anexio New Media Team to design a site with the following purposes in mind:

• as a means of communication from the Board of Directors and management to residents — both full-time and seasonal
• to introduce website visitors to the condominium and its neighborhood
• create an inviting "look and feel" for the site with clean user-friendly navigation
• to provide useful links about Sarasota and Florida
• offer a means of showcasing photos of the condo and its neighborhood
• scalability - the site will be growing and the navigation needs to accommodate this growth
• member login - provide a member login area so that the Board of Directors may post information that is of unique interest residents

The Anexio New Media Team provided a complete solution encompassing website design, information architecture and content strategy.

In addition, content management tools, training and guidelines were delivered, which have enabled Essex House to easily maintain, administer and grow their website themselves.
